Q. A co-worker and I are trying to figure out if there has been a toy, not like a PlayStation or anything like that, but an actual toy since Tickle Me Elmo that caused stampedes, fights, etc... Has there been?

Where can I find the TMX Tickle Me Elmo for the retail price online?
Q. We are a military family living in Japan and I would love to get my son a TMX Tickle Me Elmo for Christmas but everywhere I have looked they are $100 and over. I need to find one online but all the stores are sold out online. Ebay is outrageous too they are even more expensive there. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks!

A. Probably not the best choice for a baby, they're pretty big and they vibrate. Could scare the baby. Prob wait til the baby is around the 1 yr old mark before introducing it. How come every time a new game system or toy (like Tickle me Elmo) comes out it is soooo expensive?
Q. Everyone acts like they won't be able to get one if they don't stand in line or camp out in front of a store for hours on end. I mean just wait a few months and the price WILL go down! A. yes the tmx elmo & friends are safe. most of the toys recalled were pulled from store shelves the day if not hour of the time they were recalled. some recalls include easy bake oven, aquadots, certain polly pockets, barbie and tanner, cars sarge, magnetix, certain dora the explorer and thomas the train toys. hope this helps!

A. Find out when your favorite store gets their "trucks" and will be working their "freight" and hang out or call. I know where I work we got the initial shipment and put them out at 12:15am and were sold out by 12:25am. (we are open 24/7). I was told we would be getting them in a case or two at a time from now on...I'm not sure how many are in a case, but I think its 4. The manufacturer is creating the demand and lack of stock...not the retailer...so just hang in there, you might want to just put this toy on your "for the birthday after Christmas" list.
